Each FruitFast® bar contains generous amounts of the proprietary whole fruit pastes that we manufacture for our Cherry, Blueberry and Pomegranate Softgel Capsules. The CherryFlex® and Wild BlueberryIQ ® bars provide 300 mg of Anthocyanins per bar. The Wonderful Pomegranate Bar delivers over 100 mg of Ellagic Acid. All bars are 25 grams in size, 100 calories and have zero grams of fat. Best of all, you get two servings of fruit per bar. I recently ordered some blueberry fruit supplement bars. When I opened one, my first thought was yuck! It sure did look strange. After that initial shock I decided to eat one. They are delicious and I like them very much. My husband calls them "blueberry jerky". I had one in the car and the heat softened it up and it was very good and "soft" chewy.
